This building has been demolished, because of a large city project “knoop van Kessel-Lo”. The city information confirms the demolition of numbers 5, 7 and 9 on that location. The POI is permanently gone.
City information of Leuven:
Check phase 2, which mentions “(Afbraak)werken Diestsesteenweg 5, 7 en 9”. On the picture in my ingame request you see that the 3 houses are gone.

Staff don’t work regulary on weekends so you need to wait a bit longer.
