Is that acceptance criteria or a reason for removal? I’m trying to appeal a wayspot removal. Can you tell me what removal criteria does it meet?
The wayfarer team have been removing reported graffiti that would be classed as vandalism.
If you search this appeals category you will find numerous requests to restore such wayspots, and they are normally denied.
