We get two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again. From what little I have seen, I would not advise an appeal. Or a resubmit.

Je vais montrer comme il ma été demander par un de vos en refaisant la demande avec la preuve qu’il est bétonné et non temporaire ainsi que disposé a un endroit intéressant. Je suis juste désolé de vous avoir " dérangé " pourtant en étant très correct . En vous souhaitant une bonne fin de soirée…
