Hello,
Are you able to provide some information in regards to what the issue is?
Yes sorry; I don’t do these often so I hit ‘submit’ before realizing what I was doing. I’ve gone back and updated everything.
I knew that the E5 error would occur if you tried to withdraw a nomination marked upgrade next. And that you cannot hold it. I did not know that you could not edit it in other ways. I assume since it has been so long that you have discovered that setting “Automatically Apply Upgrades” to OFF will allow you to upgrade other nominations instead. But I do think this post is appropriate for the bug channel.
I am surprised that this has not gone into voting in all that time. Just to be sure that I was giving accurate advice, I recently marked a nomination to “Upgrade Next” with Auto Apply OFF, and it did eventually move through the system without the upgrade ever being applied, and I did get the “Upgrade Later” button back after it was decided.
I have manually resolved this nomination. You should have received an email with the decision. Regarding the issue, it was caused due to ‘Upgrade Next’ applied to it.
