Submissions don't appear in E-Mail and on wayfarer

Hello,

I’ve recently submitted two wayspots called “Bolzplatz Sponheim” and (not sure if its the real title) “Basketballkorb am Bolzplatz Sponheim”. After two hours I got no E-Mail who has confirmed that the submission was successfull. I did this ingame in Pokémon Go. I read in the forum that this is a known issue and that I should contact you about this. Do you have access to the submissions so that you can reach them out to me or is there any way I can get my submissions back?

Hi @GutjahrKocht , I see that the nomination “Bolzplatz Sponheim” has been successfully nominated. You should have gotten the nomination submission email. Also, you can confirm in your Wayfarer Contribution Management page

Regarding the nomination “Basketballkorb am Bolzplatz Sponheim”, it was not uploaded successfully to our servers. This may happen if the network is not stable while uploading the data. You may need to resubmit if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of submission.
