We have been made aware of an issue impacting submission from both Pokémon GO and Wayfarer Web Submission. Currently, submitted nominations are not appearing in your Contribution Management page nor are they producing confirmation emails. Our team is currently investigating this issue and we will update you as soon as we have more to share.

Any update on this?
Seeing some reports of lost nominations showing up. Email received and listed in contributions.
I have had 2 that were affected appear in contribution page and get an email.
I have quickly placed them on hold.
The submission proces in Pokemon Go seems to be working for me, with it producinh confirmation Emails.
Still can’t access the web submission proces though.
It is defenitely nice to know that our nominations were not lost.
I have been successfully using the web submission over this time submitting with multiple supporting images and have they have been resolved. In addition one of those that had got lost and appeared a few hours ago was done via web submission.

We have shipped a fix for this issue. You should see the submitted nominations appear in the Contribution Management page. You should have also received confirmation emails for these nominations.

I submitted two yesterday through the web interface and both seem to have worked correctly.

A submission i made, during that time, has still not appeared/have not got an email.
Should i resubmit it?
The submission in question failed to upload to our servers. The usual course of action would be to re-submit but I won’t recommend this particular candidate.
