this is a bug that can happen sometimes, especially if you’re using upload later and it takes a few tries to go through. when it works properly you should receive an email within 3 minutes and it should appear on the website as soon as the email has gone out

Would you recommend then resubmitting the portal?

yes I would, there’s no resolution I’m aware of for the issue and the wayspot nomination never pops back into existence

This happened to me a lot. If you don’t get the email within a few minutes then it didn’t go through and you should resubmit it. Unfortunately it has gone into the void.

Came here to ask the same thing as I had submitted something yesterday but couldn’t find it in contributions even after waiting almost a day. I’ll just resubmit mine as well then.

Did you get an email? There are 2 ways to confirm it has gone through successfully: The contributions page An email confirming receipt.

Not for the submission yesterday. I checked my inbox after seeing the advice in this thread and resubmitted it already after not finding a confirmation.
