Swimming Pools at hotels/resorts/event centers

It seems to me that hotel pools are still a struggle to get approved. I’ve been hesitant to personally submit them.

Before the current review flow and “system” there was advice against approving “residentially focused” pools and had specifically mentioned both hotels and apartment complexes. Apartment complex pools now seem to be easily accepted. Hotel pools still seem to get inconsistent review decisions.

What experiences have others had with these in their area?

I was in this topic about 7 months ago :face_with_tears_of_joy:
What were the original rejection reason?

Sorry to bother you @elijustrying didn’t know who else to reach out to in this.

Here is the series of screenshots of the original submission.

Ooo it’s called Embassy suite pool just the place for an Ambassador.:face_with_tears_of_joy:

Being picky the picture would have benefitted from not having the pillar in the way, and less flooring more actual pool. But it’s ok.
Hotel pools are not specifically covered by the clarification. However personally I take the definition of community in that to mean not a pool on Single family private residential property but one that a community of people can use. That may not be the interpretation of the Wayfarer Team.
I think you just have to wait and see if the team will re look at this.

Yeah I know the picture wasn’t the best. People around the corner forced this angle. Appreciate the input! I guess time will tell or not. :face_with_peeking_eye:
