This appears to be a restaurant that also sells alcohol, rather than being a place that’s strictly only for alcohol. Photos uploaded to the Google Maps listing for this location seem to show that under 18s are permitted to dine here with adults, which would mean that it is an acceptable wayspot.

So do you think an image of a beer mug is appropriate for a wayspot? Sorry, but I think differently.

This wayspot is fine. Its a restaurant that sells alcohol. Those are wayspots all over the world.

Like I said, the Google Maps listing has pictures that show families with children under the age of 18 dining there. If it’s appropriate for families to go and have meals there, then there’s no issues with it being a wayspot. Simple imagery of alcohol doesn’t make something ineligible. If it was inappropriate imagery, it clearly wouldn’t be on the front of the building.

Eu já solicitei um local como esse, não vejo como sendo um problema ter um wayspot nesse local. Se fosse, nunca poderíamos ter restaurantes como wayspots.

Thanks for the appeal, @ArcanjoPiedade We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
