Note del ricorso

I don’t think that in Italy we have the concept of liquor store. The bars\pubs are always a mix of dining\lunching place with beverages served on the side.

Can you take another look and see if it’s worth a reconsideration?
Thank you!

Hello and welcome,

I took a look at their website, and they do have a kids section on their menu:

A kids’ section on a menu is a good indication that all ages are welcome, and yes, in many Europeon countries, bars and pubs are all ages. I think there could be some confusion as they heavily advertise their cocktails, but they also offer non-alcoholic mixed drinks, too.

While there is no formal way to appeal a rejected appeal, staff has asked us to post when we do disagree with a rejected appeal. There’s no guarantee that it’ll be approved, but it’s good that you did post so staff can know about this.

Thank you! It’s a really good advice and insight for the next appeals or in case I need to propose it another time or for other proposals!
