I don’t believe that your suggested pin is what they will consider an accurate placement though. You could definitely ask help chat to move this pin, but they may choose the new location themselves.

No the help chat you were directed to earlier. Go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help and a speech bubble will pop up
A bot will take the information, but a person will get back to you with a reply. You can do location edits of any distance here, even though the heading says >10m.

No entiendo cómo una ubicación señalada fuera de la urbanización puede parecer correcta. Si nos ceñimos a la precisión, esta es completamente errónea.
If they are stating that the whole area including the benches are part of the “Play Area” you might just be able to sneak it in with an in game location edit…

This is the map from the Web Submit form plus a third party tool created for the Wayfarer Discussion Discord. I am not allowed to share a direct link to a third party tool on the forum, but you can find the Wayfarer Discussion Discord server at Wayfarer Discussion 5.29
If you are not comfortable with using tools like this, I would recommend waiting until the Wayfarer Map comes out.

Por cerrar el tema. Acabo de entender la respuesta, en algún momento han cambiado la ubicación y la han puesto en una distinta a la que yo he indicado, como no tengo por ahora donde consultar el mapa no lo había visto, pero al hacer nueva propuesta de ubicación aparece una nueva. Lamentablemente, la han puesto en la misma celda, es frustrante.
Estaría bien que a la hora de establecer nuevos Wayspot, Niantic informara del sistema de celdas porque como en mi caso, que no sabía nada, he logrado 5 Wayspots aprobados y solo hay 2 en funcionamiento. Sin querer he arruinado la zona.
Quizás en un futuro permitan reordenar, cumpliendo con la exactitud. Porque es una pena.

Niantic have never actually confirmed the Cell system, it was players that worked it out so unlikely they will provide the information.
Don’t see how you could have ruined it just by adding extra waypoints that may not be used as Stops / Gyms but remember…
Your nomination may…
- become a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) depending on its proximity to other waypoints.
- replace the existing waypoint if that is removed for legitimate reasons. ***
- be used in other Scopely games.
***Do Not attempt to get a legitimate wayspot removed just to get yours on to the map. This is seen as Abuse and can lead to suspension / bans of all accounts (Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and any other Scopely games).
I don’t see Niantic ever acknowledging the cell system, but I am very happy they at least allow us to freely talk about it here. I feel so bad about the ones you could have pinned where they would go live in Pokemon Go and still be an accurate placement if you had known.
I don’t know how those living areas are laid out. Are there indoor amenities for the community, too? If there is a game room, or gym, or something like that, it would be eligible. Reviewers often don’t understand that, and it can take an appeal to get it accepted, but common areas are great places to be social.
