Not that this will get your issue resolved, but it looks like there might be something coming to the Ingress community even with the disbanding of the Vanguard program.

To add in to what @seaprincesshnb has said, some Vanguards are still around, but Ingress will have a new Player Ambassador before the end of the year. Effective 15 April 2024, both the Vanguard and XMA programs will be retired in their current form and we will relaunch a new, unified Player Ambassador program before the end of 2024. You could raise any concerns about Ingress with them once they are in place. There’s also an Ingress podcast that some random guy does called Ingress Insights…

Granted we are in 2025 now…
