My account was banned for 30 days due to an error in placing a pin when I nominated a stop. After 1 month, I regained access to my account but my wayfarer is still suspended.
I hope you can unban me so I can access my wayfarer account. Thanks
This is not bug. It seems staff usually need to manually reopen your account
