I was recommended to appeal this one I applied for back in December 2023. I had an opportunity to go back and get the supporting documentation.
Firstly, this is the photo on the waypoint currently. It is 11 years old. A few things have changed over the passage of time since this Waypoint entered the game.
Secondly, here are the photos I took two days ago when I visited the area. The front of my photos show there isn’t a sign there anymore for the park. The city has not replaced the sign for the park, as you can see since I applied in December 2023 and present.
Some changes to the background include the fence changing in the background, but the windmill and back lookout are the constant variables. There is a minor change to the front fence posts, but are visible in changes in the previous and new photos.
Lastly, I want to show the Google Streets to show the passage of time. It was last taken here in 2012. It will give you an idea where the sign is relative to my photos above. I believe it was taken when the park was still under construction. That’s 12 years ago!
