He enviado un grafiti el cual fue aprobado desde el 07/02/2025 , en la ubicación 5.043209, -75.498254

Pero no apareció en ningún juego, ni tampoco en el mapa de lightship que se supone que debería aparecer.

Looking at the coordinates provided, it does indeed appear to be random vandalism that should not have been accepted, and it’s likely that Niantic removed it for not meeting criteria.
