Hi. Could I please have some insight on a nomination? I have been doing this long enough to know not everything appears in game. Don’t know much about the new wayfarer map though.
I had a nomination accepted on 20 February (so, it’s before the pause). It hasn’t appeared in game but it also hasn’t appeared on the wayfarer map, even as “not in game”. What does that mean? It was possibly my second time using Wayfarer to nominate, instead of PoGo so I don’t know if that has any relevance. Unfortunately I haven’t physically been back there since, so haven’t been able to see what it shows on the spot in the game.
Wellington, NZ: -41.276915, 174.779654 (at least at the time it was submitted, who knows if it was moved during review?). New building, you’ll probably only see a construction site in map.

Update: Tried clearing cache, and using another browser, still the same. Oh well… 
Wooperlooper is using a plug in for the map, that’s why it was visible to her. This Wayspot does indeed not display on the wayfarer map and does not sync to PoGO for whatever reason.
In such cases, you should wait for staff to pick up and look at it

@NianticAaron. Do you have any ideas about this? I’m pretty curious about this accepted waypoint not even appearing on the Wayfarer map, let alone PoGo. Thanks

We have restricted the addition of Wayspots at this location at the request of the property owner. This is why this Wayspot is not visible on the maps. Thanks,

I would like to note however that it does appear on some maps but not others, which contributes to confusion. This is the submission interface map. There are no plug-ins or third party tools activated.
I say this in the context of “This is why this Wayspot is not visible on the maps” – I wanted to provide clarity that it actually does appear on some Wayfarer maps but not others.
