Wayspot not showing up in pogo

My gf got this waypoint approved 6days ago, but still not showing up in pogo. Coordinates: 61.221591, 6.072561

Parken is not eligible to become a Pokestop or gym since it is in the same cell as Hvirvel which is a gym:

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. Thanks for explaining! The park actually stretches across two S2 cells, and the other cell does not currently contain a PokéStop or gym. Would it be possible/acceptable to move the Wayspot location a few meters within the same park area, so that it is placed in the empty cell and can appear in Pokémon GO?

The new location would still be accurate, as it is still inside the park and accessible from the public path.

Niantic considers it abuse to move a correctly located pin for game manipulation. If the pin is incorrect, you can give evidence to help chat that the pin should be relocated, but they will not do a move just to make it show up in Pokemon Go.
