Wayspot Title: Grundfundament Vom Alten Waggonkipper

I am appealing the rejection of a removal request for the Wayspot “Grundfundament Vom Alten Waggonkipper”. This technical monument of the “Zeche Julia” has been permanently removed from the site due to renovation/clearing work.

​Supporting Evidence:

The current Google Street View data (dated Sept 2022) is outdated and still shows the monument. However, my attached “current state” photos (taken Jan & Feb 2026) proves its removal.

​You can verify that this is the exact same location by comparing these permanent features:

  • ​The Building Facade: Identical grey corrugated metal siding.
  • ​The White Service Door: Located directly to the left of the former monument site.
  • ​The Drainage Pipe & Vegetation: To the right of the site, the white downpipe and the specific bush remain in the same position as seen in the original Wayspot photos.

​As clearly shown in the recent photo, the brick foundation and the metal beam have been entirely removed, and the area has been cleared. The object is no longer present.
