In the old street view here(Dec 2015), the existence of the object can be clearly seen.
However, in the newer street view here(Aug 2016), it can be seen that this object has obviously disappeared.

However, Per Google Places photos taken by others (It can be clearly seen that there is no object next to the pillar),

show that the statue has disappeared.

Comparing the surrounding environment, it can be found that this statue should be a temporary decoration, and, has been removed

After field research, the correct location of this Wayspot should be around: (24.998002,121.5798255)
While In the old street view here(2014), the existence of the object can be clearly seen.
However, in the newer street view here(2019), it can be seen that this object has obviously disappeared.
