The title of this Wayspot in English is “Mural on the Road”, however, this isn’t actually a real “mural”. As mentioned in this appeal article by another Taiwanese , this Chinese-style landscape mural is a widely reproduced artwork in Taiwan, is used as a potted plant container on the street.

Even less than 100 meters away from these potted plants, there are identical items on the roadside.
Based on the above, we can conclude that it is a mass-produced handicraft.
