  • Wayspot Title: Detske ihrisko DD
  • Location (lat/lon): 48.152322,17.038645
  • City: Bratislava
  • Country: Slovak republic
  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email *

and another proof…this is extract(list) from Slovak land registry…government application,
as you can see private person name is shown on that land where is wayspot located.

Thank you in advance for removing this illegal wayspot.

I meant to edit and I deleted instead :woman_facepalming:

Welcome to the forum @DCMachineGun !

The first part of your post talks about restricted access, which is not a removal criteria, and in fact is pointed out as appropriate in the reviewing tool tip:

If this is SFPRP (single family private residential property), then it does meet removal criteria.

Hi,
at first, my English is not so good, so sorry for some misunderstands…
this wayspot does not meet criteria, and it should it removed. Its not gated like for comunity or some membersclub, its opened only for one family! Who lives there…so yes this is SFRPR
And the gate is theirs :sunglasses:
And therefore (image)down…

For example, here in Slovakia, you have a villages, when 99% of private properties is where one family lives have a building(house) and part of parcel is garden and whole their parcel where they live is fenced so no access for public…so you can tell me if every family build a slide on back of their garden and wayspot will be approved by community against wayfarer policy, that it should stayed on the map? Its ridicioulous…
So this should have been removed automatically… its SFRPR where public access is not allowed!

Have a nice day

Thanks for the appeal, @DCMachineGun. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.

Hi,
Im really confused…didnt I wrote it down clearly?
This is SFPRP (single family private residential property), then it does meet removal criteria!
Are you creating precedent?
From this moment every house with garden and some sort of slide on the backyard should have own wayspot and nobody except houseowners and family will have access to it.
Congratulations, you are against your own rules.

Can I be pedantic for a second. Are we sure that this is a SFPRP and not a shared open space? I can’t tell from the aerial view.

Just wanted to note that each appeal is individual, and the outcome shouldn’t be taken to mean a change in eligibility or rejection criteria.
