Not appropriate wayspot

  • Wayspot Title: Detske ihrisko DD

  • Location (lat/lon): 48.152322,17.038645

  • City: Bratislava

  • Country: Slovak republic

  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):

  • Additional Information (if any):

  • This wayspot is located on place where a single family private residential property is built.

  • this is one parcel with one single owner live with his family.

  • you cant go in there, its totally fenced.

I cant even take a closer photo of it, cos the road is also private /owns the guy.
If you dont remove it, it will create a precedens to all who will try create same wayspot on their private parcels.
Because people who review and rate nominations in wayfarer, didint look closely to this particular situation and they automatically approve this nomination, because they think its public playground.

And if you think that Im some sort of newbie - Im not and Im just spending my free time to make playing environment for everybody to be fair…

Thank you for removing this wayspot in advance.

Isn’t this the same as Wayspot removal

What new evidence do you have that this is Single Family Private Residential Property?

Hi,
Im just trying AGAIN explain to someone here who check the appeals, what is SFPRP in Slovak republic.
So, we have government page where all parcels in country are like some sort of interactive lists of which land belongs to specific owner.
So parcels where is wayspot we are talking about about it looks like this in the system (its screenshoted) with red arrow pointed where the wayspot is.

As you can see the owner is head of the one family (sometimes is owner like husband and wife 2 persons but still one family), who lives in the house above parcel which belongs to the playground.
prove here:

The owner is one man, and one single family lives in the house on private property!

If you wanna know how it looks like what is not a SFPRP, then in cadastre register here in Slovak republic, will look a like this (this is example of building where more than one family live)
it looks like a ordinary house, but it has more floors and list of owners is more than one with different name:

So, I dont know what else do people who review those wayspots appeals for remove want for evidence…

Thanks for the appeal, @DCMachineGun. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.

@NianticAtlas Hi, I really greatly appreciate this decision to cancel this wayspot and this is how the cooperation should look like.
Many thanks :sunglasses:
