I’ve reported this spot 4 or 5 times without success. The sign at this location doesn’t exist — the photo was taken somewhere else (as visible from the ground in the image). Moreover, I don’t understand why the user who created this fake spot is still allowed to submit nominations, given that I’ve already had three of theirs removed: two were Photoshopped, and the other was a similar non-existent sign.

Suggest using a GPS Camera App to show that your images are taken in the right location.

Niantic have stated they do investigate accounts shown to created fake waypoints but they don’t give details as this info could be used to “game the system”.

Good luck in getting it removed.

Thanks for the appeal, @Molefax. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
