if the pin is on the footpath, the location is then incorrect, because the wayspot location needs to be on the POI, not just near to it.

Nicely spotted. I hadnā€™t looked further away on streetview to look up at the ā€˜sculptureā€™. Which is an advertising column.

Unfortunately OP change the position from footpath to the center which make it unsafe.
