Wayspot submission didn’t appear in game

I have submitted two nomination which got approved a week ago but didn’t appear in the game yet ? What is happening

Staff have allowed me to post this to explain the usual issue:

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. The S2 cell use has not been officially confirmed as far as I am aware, but staff has acknowledged there is an additional step after acceptance. This is a good…

Give that a read, and we can verify if this is the case for yours if you leave the titles and locations of your Wayspots.

I have occupied L17 S2 cells shaded in for this screenshot. The pokestop for this L17 S2 cell is Playground in Shaheed Sahil Gandhi Modal Park

So everything is working as expected per community observation.
