I submitted a nomination and it was accepted. About 5 hours after it was accepted, I checked to see if it had arrived. It was said that it had been added to another game, but there was no other pokestop in its pogo map line. Can you tell me why?

Please read through the whole linked post. That “Wayspot used it other Niantic games” message is misleading if it just hasn’t had time to sync in yet. Sync should happen today in around 3-4 hours. If it still isn’t there after that, we can check the coordinates for you.

That strongly suggests that the cell is already occupied by a pokestop/gym in Pokemon Go. A single cell cannot have multiple pokestops/gyms from submitting multiple wayspots.
“used in another game” is meaningless to most people, because most people only care about Pokemon Go. It’s best to ignore that phrase and accept that the wayspot won’t appear in Pokemon Go as a pokestop/gym.

Well, only in the sense that it hasn’t appeared as a pokestop/gym in Pokemon Go.
Your submission has been accepted as a wayspot, but that doesn’t help you much if you only wanted another pokestop/gym. It /might/ be used as a powerspot.
