That just indicates that Niantic pulled it for internal review. They do this for quality control, and is completely normal, not something you did wrong. They can accept it, reject it, or put it back into queue for the community to decide.

The question here is why it’s in Staff voting since mid december, I talked with them outside of them forum I think

Ja genau. Es ist Zeit Mitte Dezember in der Prüfung und war nie. In der Abstimmung.

Yes @kawin240 explained that it was not a recent pull into internal review. That is absolutely NOT normal. I am surprised this has not been moved to Bug Reports & Technical Support
