Additional Information (if any):해당 문제의 wayspot은 wayspot 신청을 하여서 2024.11.1에 승인이되어 현재 (35.2464853, 128.5589487) 부근에 생성된 상태입니다. 하지만 신청할때 GPS의 오류로 인해서 잘못된 위치가 제출되었고, 해당 wayspot은 접근할수없는 위치에 있을뿐더러, 잘못된 위치에 존재하고 있습니다. 문제의 wayspot은 실제로 (35.2589596, 128.5657286)에 위치하고 있고, 해당 wayspot의 물체는 산 정상이라는것을 알리기위해 설치가 되었는데 해발 고도 425m라는 높이에 위치하여야 하지만 해발 고도가 나와있는 지도로 확인하여도 해발 고도 425m 높이에 위치하는것이 아닌 해발 고도 200m대의 잘못된 위치에 존재하고 있습니다. 저는 이것을 증명하기 위해 실제로 (35.2589596, 128.5657286)에서 문제의 wayspot 모습을 촬영한 사진과 문제의 wayspot이 위치한곳의 해발 고도를 알려주는 사진, 그리고 해당 후보를 신청하여서 승인이 되어 발송된 이메일 사진을 첨부하여 제출합니다. Niantic wayfarer에도 문의를 하였지만 채팅 내역이 저한테는 초기화가 되어서 보이지 않다보니 회신을 해주어도 확인이 불가하여 이곳에 수정 요청을 드리는점에 대해 양해부탁드립니다
Location edits that cannot be submitted in-game can be done via the help chat on the Wayfarer website. The Wayspot Appeals forum is only for appealing rejected removal requests that are valid, or requesting a valid Wayspot be restored.
Being you had to reset your web browser, you may want to keep an eye on this Wayspot to see if it’s moved. If it’s not moved within a few days, I would contact help chat again. Right now, it has not yet been moved.
You did the location edit via help chat, and the info is only saved onto the web browser and device you submitted it through. Being you had to reset your browser, which I assume means you had to clear your cookies, this wipes out any info that may have been saved, and if there is a reply, it won’t be seen.
There is a browser plug-in that you can install to save your ticket info, including the ticket number, but if you do clear cookies, this info will be cleared as well on the browser you clear.
I did take a look at the map, and can confirm that this Wayspot is at 35.248199, 128.560022. Here’s that in relation to your requested location edit, 35.2589596, 128.5657286, which is the light blue pin:
The majority of people dont have issues with their browser clearing catch so often, they can typically see their response within 24 hrs, if you cant see that response its something to do with your browser and not Niantic. Niantic doesnt email for these reports, its a feature that has been requested but has not been materialized. If youre having issues seeing replies, i suggest you take note of the ticket number when you make the report that way youre able to inquire about it on here.
