For many, contributing to Wayfarer has shifted away from discovering new candidates to spending equal or more time “cleaning up” the map to remove what no longer exists or update Wayspots as businesses change, art refreshes, and equipment renovated.
What can we expect for criteria guidance to clearly detail how and when it is appropriate to edit Wayspots as these real life changes take place? Should our understanding of how these changes impact gaming maps and gameplay affect how we report and repurpose? When will the review flow finally be caught up with maturity of the Wayfarer program to handle such edits?
