Where can I appeal a ban in Pokémon Go?

I was given a warning in Pokémon Go earlier today while at the World Championships.

Is it 1 day warning or suspension?

Regardless, you can appeal in the link inside email sent to you

Edit (you need to check if ban come from pogo or wayfarer) ban from wayfarer is like below.

In pokemon there’s a ban appeal in pokemon go it self but don’t think that will work

So you may have to email them or wait for the ban to end
