Appeal, update original photos and locations. Niantic team mail you to resolve the issue

I only received the automatic message. After that message, will someone contact me or am I already lost?
The automatic message just lets you know the appeal was received. A staff member will get back to you.
Or you create a wayfarer topic to inform your nomination details. Check my old reply

mi nick name is Josecast3Today I woke up with the 30-day sign, and last week the last thing I sent to the Wayfarer was a graffiti mural with the word “slow.” The location is real, it’s on a public street, and it doesn’t have any vulgar hidden messages. It’s just a mural in an open area that doesn’t pose any danger…

I clarify that I do not use any kind of cheating to play, I play legally most of the time in Tijuana with my friends and the community there. 
Are you certain this ban was from Wayfarer? Idk what the emails all look like, but there would have been two more with a specific example of the offense committed if from Wayfarer. Going to tag @TjoeMi for example emails.
I didn’t receive anything in my email justifying the ban, only when I entered the game and when I tried to enter Wayfarer.

You should receive something like this for 1 day warning and 30days suspension. The appeal link is in the email
Normally you should receive 1days warning prior to 30days suspension. But depending on severity, wayfarer might jump the ladder straight to higher punishment
Normal Abuse ladder system as below:
1 day > 1month > 3months > 10years.

Please check all of your email that might somehow related to pogo/niantic in the past. Perhaps its sent to other email or spam folder
The email will show what offence you commited and appeal link.
If you still cant find the email, please mention here again so staff might DM your for confirmation whether your ban come from wayfarer or other game
