Why did mine get rejected

this is not private proporty it is owned by our state i have done my reserach and have asked people about it

we are just pointing out that if you were thinking about appealing this rejection, this is something you would need to prove in the appeal statement. you would also need to prove this bench exists where you pinned it, which your current nomination does not. i can’t get a feel for whether this is something you should try to resubmit, going back to this comment:

Was the bench installed by the council or the neighborhood (or one single neighbor)? If the second do it have a council permission to stand on their property?

well thank you i just hope i can make more pokestops to our small city

the bench was installed a year ago by 2 guys that live in the neighborhood and yes they have permission to do so.

you could settle a lot of our issues with this nomination by providing a few more photos of this bench from a few more angles. that would help us understand that it is real, permanent, and in an eligible location to help advise you better.

A post was split to a new topic: Mine got rejected, too!

Its not about permission . Anything in SFPRP is ineligible

This is what reviewer see when they see the location. As far as i know, thats single family private residential property. That would be ineligible . If this is not correct , you need better supporting photo

Where is the bench ? Is it here ?

yes that is where it is

Ok so do you have boundry map showing that these stripe of land belong to state? Without it, no matter what you say, people will only see SFPRP. And anything on SFPRP is ineligible.

We havent talk about how you convince reviewer about its significance. Just saying is not enough.

i dont know where to find that kind of a map. but is owned by the state

@pinknoisefn were you able to get the new pictures showing the bench as part of the surroundings? Ideally would then be able to compare the buildings and street in your image to street view/satellite and it would make it easier to demonstrateto reviewers that it exists at this location.
