So can some one tell me what the actual format to explain why this gym need to be removed

Well can someone tell me what should i add in while reporting a non existing gym,ik i asked all about it ,
I just want to collect it now so i can finish the job when i go by that area.
Whenever i try to track the location i get redirected to electricity board, so getting it’s actual coordinate is difficult.
Should i take in game ,irl, satelite view photos while submitting it with location and details?
Create a new forum discusion. Include all the information. Images location etc. As this thread (getting your nomination the best chance to pass) is sorta over..

To get the location correctly you could try to click on the wayspot, use the three dot menue and in the next screen under the description there should be the link “look on maps” (or similar english term). When you click that it’ll open google maps.
You can either report ingame or use the form at the top of this forum.
You’ll need some kind of evidence that the poi is not existent. Recent photos in best case with geotag should help enough.

Well the case is ,as non irl place it’s location drags to electricity stations location when ever i get re directed to maps, i can’t get its cordinate through campfire tho
Ok. If you’re not able to go there and do an ingame report, than you should use the form. Even if you don’t have the exact coordinates you do have the wayspot name, a wayspot photo and the general location. I’m sure that the team can identify the location. But you will need proof that it’s not existent. Your word won’t be enough.

Well can we really say that it’s a wayspot.cuz, niantic made it and it has no photo just a name , if the in game forum is easy i would wait like two days,if it could be done within a day, or

If it’s ingame than yes it’s a wayspot.
To use the form you can click on the link “Wayspot Removals”. Than use the link for property owners.
Fill in as much as you can provide. You can click that you’re not the property owner.
Than you’ll receive one first email back which will ask you for your credentials. Don’t answer to that email! Than another email with a team response will arrive.
If that email should declines your removal request than you can come back to the forum and appeal this rejection in a new post at Wayspot Appeals
If they accept your removal request the wayspot will be removed from the game board within the next 48h (sync like accepted nominations).
So does filling in game report is more feasible or the online forum which i need to fill like a nomination.
But ehen i check a pokestop (to know how report section looks like) it showed not at right location n many other option and a page to describe is that it for in game report?
If so, it would be much pleasable for me to do, cuz i have very little bit short answer to say y it need to be removed.

Like it’s located at the wrong place where a station exists.
Second
It’s close to a big turn where heavy vehicle pass by, 6pm raids be dangerous at the time
Third
There is no mosque in that cell and there is already an official mosque as a wayspot which ppl use .
Four
It can be a draft mistake by team while creating one in the vicinity.
Idk what else should i should do to erased the gym.
i usually get a better result using the forms because i can provide more information and evidence.
don’t mention cells in your report. they do not matter for the existence of a wayspot.
if it is just in the wrong location but does exist, you can do a location edit instead of a removal.

For your ingame report you should use (screenshots in german, but you might get it):
(Location does not exist)
The free text field can be used for a) explaining or b) to add a link to evidence (a geotagged photo saved on an external provider, an online article, a google map link…).
You’ll receive an email for your report and a second with the decision after it’s made.
The decision decides your further steps. Accepted: wait up 48h for sync
Declined: open a new thread at Wayspot Appeals.
It doesn’t matter which path you choose, none of this reports will show up on your contribution page or is a new nomination. Both ways are only to make a report and provide evidence of your claims.

be very clear in your report. your posts here read like the wayspot is just in the wrong location
be very specific what you mean by “it” - is “it” the wayspot or the point of interest the wayspot is for? if the mosque does not exist, don’t tell them the mosque is in the wrong location.

Maybe I wasn’t clear with the “form” suggestion. If you scroll to the top of this forum there’re two links in the header. One of them is called “Wayspot Removals”.
If you can’t go to that location in person to take photos of the current situation (than you also can’t get near enough for an ingame report) you’ll need anything else to give the evidence. Is it clearly to see on satellite? If yes you could give a link to google maps and explain in your report that there’s no temple.

Well yh u could see the station from above.and i have two photos of this area by me.
I don’t get what @cyndiepooh mean.
I mentioned “it is placed at wrong location” cuz it is ,maybe as a duplicate if u guys can check it on iitc or smth. U can see that there’s a main mosque this one could be it’s duplicate but change in name.
So what should i write or not in that report,to be more specific about each sentence and what to change.

You could mention the coordinate of the correct one and false one.
Anyway if wayspot is missplaced, you should correct it. If its duplicate, you should remove the one in wrong location. If you try to correct/remove wayspot thats not visible in game map, you can use help chat.
