What about gym removal requests do they check the proof if it third party image?
you will have to use your best judgement on removing the photo you have in review from this topic.
i have submitted removal reports for wayspots accepted with a third party photo, but niantic would not remove them for that reason. they wanted a new photo from me instead, which i was unable to provide. removal criteria does not equal acceptance criteria. i have no idea if the person who submitted with a third party photo got any consequences. niantic does not share information like that publicly. i am not sure if i answered your question.

Technically no. The spot i want to remove wasn’t made by someone rather niantic them selves.theres no such location rather a 66v station.i want to know what should i know before removing it so
I can get a new gym in replacement of it, there’s one stop in that cell already so i want another stop so it can be a gym in replacement for the false one

- Aaron told us that Niantic wouldn’t reject your nomination for 3pp.
Buuut there’s the community review and many reviewers use google lens or similar tools to proof that aspect. Than they’ll possibly find this thread and while your nomination is anonimously some would reject for being 3pp. - If a nomination is rejected it’s recommended to post the submission in full (screenshots of everything) to get community feedback. A resulting resubmission would need new photos. If you choose the appeal path you can add a link to this thread to make arguments stronger.
If you still want me to delete your photos, description and supporting infos give me a sign.

It’s not just but ig few others also took the image’s link and used that i can delete by deleting the thread only, well i would use a better pic if i get than using them.
So who is this community review, is it like normal human review?

The “Community review” are we. All of us who participate in reviewing. The biggest amount of reviewers should be your locals and than people who set their reviewing bonus location to your area and at least if you choose to upgrade (you have to earn upgrades by reviewing by yourselve) your nomination will be opened to even a wider pool of reviewers.
I think there’s no need to worry so much about the whole thread.

No, if you upgrade a nomination it goes to more community reviewers, a bigger range, more km away.
You can not choose to get a review by the community.

Your support photo can contain vehicles and people. These strict rules are for the main picture

I just got a brighter and fine pic from same angle ,i took yesterday. But there’s two suv size car, so is it okay go with that pic? I would like to blur the ppl behind window 
cuz till light comes ppl already takes there seat in there.

They should.
The only reason they should possibly reject for including cars/people/animals in the supporting photo is when it looks like you have placed them to mark your nomination (influencing reviewers, submitter identifiable).
