Why does my contribution didnt get added to the game

My contribution was accepted, i applied it throught the pogo upload option. It was first rejected, then i appealed it, and it was accepted, it has been added as a contribution, but not in game. And yes i checked it, its alon in a S2 lvl17 and even in S2 lvl16, and this is disheartening, where i live, there are very few pokestops and gyms, and i added a perfectly safe which followed the criterias and all, it doesnt get added, it could have been a gym too, considering how open the space was like many players could have been there at the same time. But no, it was not added in game. I already have very less pokestops and gyms near me, then things like this happen, which just makes it harder to play the game at this point.
If anyone knows how to apply for adding it in pokemon go pls let me know

Remember that appearance may take up to 48 hours, as mentioned in the acceptance email. It seems there has been no reported sync today as far as been reported. So this day may have skipped altogether, let’s wait for the next one if the problem persists.

Hey, maye i got the same problem, but its the only one in S2 levl 17, even in S2 level 16, why is it still not added in pogo?

There appears to be a Pokémon GO sync problem at the moment. Assuming it is otherwise eligible to appear, you will have to wait until it resumes.

It’s an everyone issue. The in game map hasn’t updated since the 13th. (I had an acceptance dated the 13th at 1430 California time and it’s also not yet in game).

Yeah, buddy sorry bout that, i was just frustrated and tried to write it under other people who had the same problem, in hope that somebody would reply.
Also thank for helping, i didnt know about the sync problem, i will wait, but could you please let me know when they get synced if possible.
