Hi team; I have been posting/recommend new pokestops; 1 on a restaurant taking the picture of the restaurant logo and the restaurant itself and it get decline.
I propose another one on a neighborhood that it’s so rounded by trees and a lot it area where a lot of players go take their dogs out and walk and get denied as well; would I will love to see at least why was denied I follow the proposal criteria’s to suggest them.
If you can guide me on what I did wrong or why were denied I will appreciate

The first one appears to be a mailbox in someone’s yard - what we call SFPRP (single family private residential property) so would be ineligible for that reason. The second appears to be a restaurant, which may or may not be eligible. Your statements here would be key.

Be careful with your finger being in the images, the photo is otherwise beautiful but body parts are not allowed (unless this is the supporting image, but I would still crop it in a way that removes the finger)
