Still looks like the art of facing away from the road, which seems unlikely for municipal art.
You need wider-angle photos from both sides, to prove this isn’t in your front yard. At this moment, you look like a cheater who got caught.

I’ve been there a couple of times and it’s not a blank box. The Mallemse Molen is there for sure on the box but its on the other side. I know more boxes with the nice picture on a other side and not on the roadside.

I am willing to drive 2 hours (one way) to validate this is a legit portal, the evidence you have depends on what side you got the photo, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. You can reach out in PM in what you like to see, I can give you even you a live steam, though it will be in the weekend. We have this kind of portals all over the globe, so reach out to your needs of evidence you need, it to be approved to be a legit portal.

As i take a close look on the YouTube movie you can clearly see This is a sticker on a cabinet
Top left corner at the end of the movie.
I have no doubt it is there however it is created for gaming puposes.
The question in This case if we should allow cabinet with stickers. Like the mosaic tile discussion.

Also the first example in the post is not even a cabinet but a wooden box with paint.
Niantic re-enabled the portal after removal long time ago and still online.
So Niantic should draw 1 line for all cabinets

Sorry I miss your point, wooden box? It’s 100% metal, and there are lots of these portals in the system. As mentioned, I am willing to drive 2hrs one way to make a movie and will take a magnet to prove its not wood. And yes I agree Niantic should draw one line, and if this is not legit, I can give a list of many more portals which should be removed from the game.

See, that’s a bad sign. It’s usually the people who talk about “ENL portals” and “RES portals” like that who end up cheating.
The supporters of this utility box are raising every possible red flag.
Adding to the weirdness, StreetView for that portal suggests its on a building that’s been blurred out, which usually indicates a private residential property.
Shall we focus on the reason of This post and not on a very bad example

It seems the OP is trying very hard to make an argument for the POI and hide the surrounding area, which makes one suspect it might be located in someone’s yard (PRP). That might not be true, but that’s the impression the tight photos and video of the the box itself give. I recommend supporting photos showing the box and the property it sits on to show it is safely accessed and not in someone’s yard.
