Hi everyone,
My account was recently suspended for 30 days. I have been on vacation and just got back, so the 30-day period has definitely passed by now. However, my account is still suspended.
The unusual part is that it no longer shows the countdown timer indicating how much time is left on the suspension—it just says that the account is suspended.
Has anyone else experienced this issue after a temporary ban? What should I do to get my account reinstated? Should I just wait a little longer, or do I need to open a direct ticket with support?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
