Congratulations on getting an approval.
It needs to be approved about 3 hours I think ( correct me someone if wrong) prior to what is known as sync time - when the wayfarer database synchronises with the Pokémon Go part.
Not sure if it was in time for todays which should happen from about 19:00 UTC ( it rolls out so it can take some time. If it doesn’t appear today it should do so tomorrow.
Have you checked the S2 cells to make sure it meets the pogo selection rules?
Yes I Have and Since it’s Close to A Existing Gym I Was thinking it to be a Power Spot based On how Power Spots Appear and Disappear.
Since there’s a Power spot Near The Pokemon Gym In my area Which also Does The Same thing Which is Popping up and Then Disappearing again
Power Spots seem to be added to the game once a month on the 4th or 5th of the month depending on your time zone. The November Power Spot sync seems to have been skipped, though. Sometimes it is hard to tell if a Wayspot was added to the pool of available Power Spot locations, since it may be a while before the algorithm selects it to be used.
So uhh, How Do I Know if it’s gonna be a Pokestop or Power Spot.
And wanted to Mention my Timezone is CET aka Sweden.
The short answer is that you don’t. We have observed that an accepted Wayspot must be 22m from an existing Pokestop or gym and in an occupied L17 S2 cell for it to be used as a Power Spot.
Edited to add that we just got reports of a new sync for Power Spots to the Wayfarer Discussion Discord, so maybe they are making up for that skipped one.

I Rechecked The S2 Cell site For Pokemon and This is How it is.
Is This more Or less than 22 meters.
This is not a reliable way of checking. The map tiles and the cells are misaligned, and the spots are all used submissions - some stops and gyms are missing or weong
The second blue circle is 22m so it looks more.
However this is not a reliable map

Is there An app To Accurately Check Or is it on Google?
Cause someone else Said there’s a App For It.
Most of us still use having an Ingress account to show the portals in Ingress and the IITC overlay of the cells.
This is also not reliable as the ingress portals were not updated with anything derived from wayfarer from 23rd May
There was also no new portals from Ingress being added until Recon resumed on the 10th of November. Since then new portals have been added that are not an exact match or even any match to those in Wayfarer. It is all very messy

We have been promised a Map “Soon 
” but we have not yet seen what will be included.
The S2 Cells have never been confirmed by Niantic and they do not discuss it. It is players that discovered it.
Hopefully there will be an S2 Cell overlay once the map is released.

I translated the screen shot. Is this accurate?
a Hangout Spot for the Students At Sanda High School, This Spot and This Plaza Was Built and Founded 1961-2017 and Has Existed For 64-65 Years since It Was Built and Founded.
If this is at a school for under 18 years old, this should not have been submitted or accepted. It may have been removed already if anyone saw it go live.

Yes it Is Accurate although The Person In Charge of The State basically The Community itself Has Allowed People to Make Pokestops Near Schools as There’s even a Pokemon Gym next to That “Waypoint” and The Name of My Community Is Småland, Jönkoping and Even The Neighbouring communities Like Västra Götaland län, Skåne län, and Even Blekinge län has Done The Same thing and Nothing went Wrong Beacuse The Said Head of Community basically Person in Charge has Allowed it Like i Said Previously.
