Niantic only handles removal appeals if a decision has already been made on an in game removal request.

I did make an in game report. I live in a Rural area. And as much as I want more POI. But this is not the correct way. Also, how can Naintic support our rural areas if someone abuse and take advantage of this like it. It makes me sad. And it clear abuse since inside and on private property, inaccessible. There no significant it too it. Clear that the object is there put on purpose.
I just don’t want this be the type acceptable standard in rural areas. Because it goes against what we fight for. This just sad

If you have, then your appeal should follow the format provided when you create a thread in this category and include a screenshot of the removal rejection

I could not follow your post. If you already reported something as removed and the report was rejected, then you can post a screenshot of the rejection email and provide more evidence for the the team which Wayspot you are talking about. There should have been a proper format prompt when you made this post.

The picture is supported information to show the Donkey POI is the legit one. Because other players can explore it. Where by the other one does not have the that criterias

If you are saying that this should be removed because it is behind a gate, that is incorrect. As long as it is not on SFPRP - single family private residential property - and can be accessed by people allowed to be there, it is a legitimate location for a Wayspot. Every player does not have to have access to every game location.

Hi @Orgelux1558! It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet or it hasn’t been submitted through in-game. At this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
