There is no action to take. Maybe this post will help. Please read the whole thing, then provide the extra information if you would like more assistance.
I appreciate that staff has allowed me to make a post explaining about S2 cells, and want to emphasize that this information is not to be misused. That would be abuse.

You might want to learn about s2 cells to prevent future dissappointment. But know that missplacement of wayspot submission into empty cell is subject to abuse ladder system

If you would like supply the co ordinates of the wayspots we can try and establish exactly what has happened.
Our information is not fully up to date but we can try to explain.

I also have the same problem. My approved POI is still not appearing in the pokemon go game. Before it usually appear 2-3 days. This is the first time my approved poi did not appear on time.

Have you read the varies posts above about the S2 cells etc?
If you feel comfortable can you provide the co-ordinates for your wayspot please. We can then try to see if we can see what has happened.

Yes I am aware of the cells. Here is the approximate coordinated of the said poi.

The information on this map is nearly 4 months out of date. It could be there is something else in that cell. The only reliable way is to visit the location and start the submission process. On the submission map you should see an orange pin for your wayspot - you can click to confirm.
The blue circles are pokestops/gyms. This should show if there are any nearby and you can see if they are in the same cell.
I actually went there yesterday to check and to my surprise it didnt have the orange pin or anything. Thats why im here to check if i am the only one having this issue.
You’re checking the wrong location. You had submitted this Wayspot at 25.189434,51.498899 and it is live on the gameboard as a PokéStop.

The coordinates are not exact but its close to it cause i dont know how exactly to get the actual coordinates. But for the poke stop, it still dont appear ingame for me. Just checked now. Here is the ss ingame and the red circle is the location of the poi

Please check the coordinates, I had shared. There is a PokéStop at that location.
