Accidentally submitted a PokéStop to the wrong location through Wayfarer on PC – already contacted support, what else can I do?

Hi everyone,
I recently made a mistake while submitting a Wayspot through the Wayfarer website on my PC rather than through the Pokémon GO app.
The nomination was for a church in Messina, but during the submission process I forgot to update the map location before submitting it. As a result, the nomination was submitted using my home location instead of the church’s actual (real location.38.1643398, 15.5422724 Google Maps)
The Wayspot has since become a PokéStop, but it now appears near my home even though the church is actually located in a completely different area.
I have already contacted Wayfarer Support, explained what happened, and included the correct coordinates of the church in my support request. I asked them to move the Wayspot to its proper location.
Has anyone experienced something similar after submitting a nomination through the Wayfarer website? Is there anything else I can do besides waiting for support to review the request? Also, how long does it usually take for location correction requests like this to be processed?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you used the chat then response is very quick usually 12-24 hours. A web report can take longer but again we are talking maybe a few days. You have already done the best thing and explained it. If you just tried to move it then you might have gotten a warning for abuse since it is misplaced so severely. Niantic takes self reporting into account and is pretty forgiving.

Thanks for the appeal, @Cixncio! We have already moved the Wayspot to the correct location. You should see the changes reflected soon.
