Yes, of course.

How you do that?

Copy-paste from the confirmation email you received when you submitted the wayspot, if you can’t access wayfarer.

La fuente se alcanza a ver en la foto de google maps

flagpoles are also seen
I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail

thank you for your support

What was the location of the wayspot submission?

This is available from the confirmation email, while the wayfarer website has a google maps image, which will work as an alternative.(as @Mystogan5097 just pointed out).

Wayfarer sends out a confirmation email for every submission, so please check your spam/deleted folder etc.

The email comes from notices@wayfarer.nianticlabs.com with a subject of “Thanks! Niantic Wayspot nomination received for [XXXX]”

sorry, doesn’t appear the confirmation emails

Without seeing your supporting photo, it’s hard to be sure where that fountain is. It’s very likely to be in a private garden, such as the yellowing corner building in your google maps image, but it definitely isn’t where your wayspot marker is.

Sorry, I’m going to be harsh.
As far as this image is concerned, the location is specified by being shifted beyond the line used in the inclusive rule from where the object is originally located. I believe the team made the right decision.

That’s what I was thinking, I just can’t be 100%

How many meters of displacement grants an account suspension?
I don’t have the confirmation e-mail?
could you reconsider it?
thank you

Uh, distance is irrelevant.
Submitting it in a misaligned position is not acceptable, but the difference is whether it is intentional or negligent. I would judge this one point as intentional, but the team should not have judged it as intentional after just one mistake. Sorry to be skeptical, but have you ever done anything else similar?

It should not be reconsidered. Unfortunately, this was a deliberate attempt to mis-locate something in order to drop it into an empty cell. An existing POI “Centro de Meditacion …” is blocking where the fountain actually is.

That the POI doesn’t even look legitimate doesn’t help, but isn’t the cause of the suspension

@proxies83 I understand the desire to add pokestops to empty cells, but if something isn’t where you want it to be, it just isn’t suitable. Not everything can be a pokestop/gym and not every cell has something valid.

I disagree. The team are /allowed/ to judge something as intentional after one mistake. It’s their system and they see a lot more of this than we do.

For wayspots that are nowhere near existing pokestops/gyms and get mislocated, it would be a lot easier to be lenient.

It is too risky to contribute wayspots, for one mistake you could get banned
ok

I have sent you a DM. Please check it at your convenience.

Am I allowed to agree with both of you?

PS: This comment should be viewed independently of the facts of this case.

Sorry, I think it was a machine translation error from Japanese.
What I meant to say was “The team has not determined that just one mistake was intentional. They are probably checking multiple cases”. But looking at this one case alone I would judge it to be intentional. Obviously the position is different, and it is aimed at the very edge of the line.
