I am super annoyed because my suggestion gets declined again and again but at several locations i see exactly the same type of pokestops. So situation: there is an artistic iron gate for generations on the entrance at a building. It is visible from the street, even touchable from the street without hitting any private property. Next to it is a wider space, so ot would be the perfect meeting point for a stop or arena. It was declined because there was a company - no there isn’t, or that its private property, etc. So, does anyone have an idea how i can get this gate approved like the one i have in my gift list!?
If the gate belongs to a Single Family Private Property, it is not eligible. If another similar gate that is attached to a SFPP, it should be submitted for removal.

You are also in a region where you can absolutely not rely on already accepted stops as cheaters have added a lot of ineligible ones past the actual rules

This is driving me nuts … there are so many stops i can’t even reach because they are on private/restricted ateas 
I almost only know such spots … they are kind of everywhere in my area, so i thought it’s alright and don’t get what the issue is as there is nothing else to see in the picture
Just remember… not all Wayspots that are on Private property are ineligible. If they private property is Apartments or businesses where some people have access, it’s allowed. SFPP is one of a few criterias which means they are not allowed.

I can’t advise on how to make SFPP eligible. No matter how you word it, it should never be accepted. Any Wayspots that are on private SFPP that have previously been approved should really be removed.
