Amazing, old and massive oak tree

Here is a link to the champion tree program I mentioned. If your tree is not on there, it also has how to apply:

This is completely untrue. The bulk of people playing Pokemon GO, which is the game i think you’re referring to, are people who were kids when Pokemon first came out. Those people are now in their early to mid 30s. The vast majority of people who play PGO are adults who own cell phones and can buy in game resources with the salaries they make from their jobs.

However, when you submit something to Wayfarer, it isn’t only made available to one game. It is made available to a game called Ingress which has very few children playing. Theres also Pikmin Bloom which requires you to walk around outside, something kids are not allowed to do unsupervised any more.

Finally, places that are restricted as places where kids go without their parents, like schools and daycare, are explicitly ineligible for Wayfarer. So, being ā€œfor kidsā€ is not part of Wayfarer criteria.

Hi @PooterOfOld
I’m not sure that my research was correct, are these items within your park?:

The lake and the bench have to be combined (if existing and possible) to a scenic view.
If yes, and that’s your park than you have a couple of things to nominate.
Someone mentioned on google that there’re large football pitches in the park?

I hope I got the right one :hugs:

It’s a municipal water pump station, but I did submit a bird house that’s in a hidden area that’s off the walk path. I hope it has a chance:

It doesn’t. I submitted it, because my niece and nephews urged me too.

The first pic is.

Forgive me all: I’m trying to reply to specific posts on an iPhone, but I don’t think I’m doing it correctly.
I appreciate everyone’s input.
I guess I’m being subjective.
I hope I haven’t come off as belligerent.

Fair enough

Nope. Wayfarer is far more confusing that it needs to be. The hardest thing is getting out of the mindset that you’re adding things to ā€œyourā€ game. That seems so counterintuitive to most new people.

We appreciate you taking our feedback simply as us explaining the system to you - not a criticism on you.

A lot of us have been where you are now. I know I have submitted stuff in the past thinking it should be allowed only for it not to meet any criteria. Now it is a case of understanding the criteria and relying on the knowledge and expertise of others to try and get the best for the wider community, even if I don’t directly benefit.

Hopefully you will get the support you need from this community.
