Hey,
The agreements section of your Wayfarer profile displays all of your agreements on player nominated Wayspot submissions whereas agreements on Edits also contribute to your medal progress in Pokémon GO. Edit agreements are not currently displayed on your profile, so this is why you may see a disparity between the numbers.
