When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
It’s in a very safe and calm area available to the public and should without a question be a portal

I just wanted to explain the situation. Im so tired off writing appeals for legit wayspots. But i do understand your position and will take it to heart. Thanks.
If niantic just didn’t let people abuse the system and ban the people who abuse it nobody would need to make posts like this🙃
If you have evidence of abuse, you can report it using the abuse form linked at the top of this forum. Niantic doesn’t take abuse lightly and surely does not let people abuse the system.
I do now realize i put it in the wrong category it should be appeal-removed-poi. Sorry about that.
