Shared amenities are eligible. If it is part of the kindergarten property, it would meet removal criteria, but it appears to just be for the enjoyment of residents and their guests, so there’s nothing wrong with it.
Thanks for the appeal, @fRueD. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Through in game help chat, and that will depend on the evidence provided and available. Trespassing can be reported to your local authorities, thats out of the hands of Niantic.
I hope you’re not attempting to target people who legitimately have access to this wayspot just because you personally do not have access to it. It is a valid wayspot and people can access it. If that includes people on the opposite faction to you, then you will have to live with that. Only report people if they genuinely are cheating.
Surely not. Whoever lives there has legit access - I will only report agents who not live there and therefore have no legal access according to the owners.
But you did get that any such reports would be to the local authorities and NOT to Niantic. That has nothing to do with Niantic if people are breaking the law.
