It looks like you are trying to make an appeal for a community rejection, but this is not done here on the forum. You have an appeal button in your Contribution Management on the Wayfarer website, and you get 2 per 20 days. If this is rather an appeal of something that has been accepted and then subsequently removed, then you would need to provide evidence that it is still present.
