My Wayspots were approved but moved from where I had initially put them. They are now within 20m of other stops and aren’t showing up in game. It’s been 2 days since they were approved and there are no other stops in their cells. That’s the only reason I can see why they never showed up in game.

Nominations should always be positioned correctly and not to try and get them in to the game.
Reviews can suggest a better location.
Checking the map they are in empty cells, there has been reports that the syncs have been skipped over the weekend…
Just to be clear, I am putting them where they exist. I just noticed the dots moved slightly putting them closer. Can you please educate me on the reports you mentioned? I thought syncs were every day at 2pm est.

Okay, that is great then! If you want to add that to the description after it syncs in, you can do an edit. It may say something about that on the plaque that I can’t read in the photo, so may not be needed in person. I do love to read facts like that on Wayspots.

I mentioned this due to your comment “They are now within 20m of other stops and aren’t showing up in game.”. Niantic does not state the rules but we assume that Review location edits would not happen if only 1 person suggested a move so it is likely that more than 1 thought your original location was incorrect.
They are normally everyday but people on these forums have reported that there has been no syncs since before the weekend.
No official reports just what has been noticed by the players.
Has already stated below, Pokemon Go does not use a Distance rule for Pokestops and gyms (only dynamax powerspts)..
White outer circles = Your nominations.
Red outer circle = Current Gym
Blue outer circle = Current Stop
Green lines - Cells.
As you can see, all the waypoints are in separate cells which should mean they will all be active once Niantic does a Sync.
